    I have been working with Hayley for 6 months and could not be happier with

    I have been working with Hayley for 6 months and could not be happier with the results. At age 54 I was concerned about injuring myself (I have a history of neck and lower back disc issues), but with Hayley’s guidance I have been able to do more and more advanced / intense exercises without anything but minor tightness and irritation. I’ve maintained my initial weight of 155 pounds while gaining muscle mass and losing fat, lowering my body fat percentage from 15.4% to 12.8%. I am much stronger, more flexible, feel healthier, have less pain, and look halfway decent. Hayley has also helped with my nutrition (I was not eating enough and not eating enough protein). I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone looking to get in better shape and improve their health. She is professional & personable and is skilled at constructing workouts that cover stretching, conditioning, and strength training. I am looking forward to working with Hayley on my goal of lowering my body fat percentage to 10% in another 6 months while continuing to get stronger and gain muscle mass.

    I started to work with Hayley five years ago and my health has been improving steadily ever since. Hayley keeps my personalized work outs fresh with a wide variety of exercises. She takes a whole person approach to my health and does not limit her efforts to the gym. Hayley has always worked hard on my behalf long after our workouts have ended. She truly looks out for my best interests and I am fortunate to have her on my side. Working with Hayley is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

    There are personal trainers….and then there is Hayley. Whether it’s her group classes or one on one personal training, she provides top notch service. She is a level above what you can expect from a trainer. She takes her time to get to know you and your needs and she recommends workouts to address your personal goals. I can’t say enough about how great Hayley is. Hayley worked with me through her classes and one on one training and she had me reaching goals I never thought were possible. I can actually see definition in my physique now….not bad for a 55 year old! If I could give 10 stars I would! She is that good.

    As a former college lacrosse athlete and coach I couldn't ask for a better training facility to be part of. Hayley has implemented an extraordinary program that accommodates all levels of experience in the gym. The specific attention to detail, and knowledge of nutrition and training is rare to find. Plus the cleanliness of the gym is unmatched to most public facilities. Highly recommended if someone wants to achieve a better healthy lifestyle!
