Get started with your complimentary No-Sweat Intro. This is where you meet with one of our expert trainers to take a tour of our awesome facility and to discuss your personal health and fitness goals, gather your initial body composition metrics using our InBody scan, and complete a movement assessment.
From there, our experts will provide you with professional recommendations of which program is best suited for you. Whether you prefer an intimate setting and require individualized attention, private training would be best to get started before branching out to our Small Group Training program.
The Small Group classes are offered at specific times during the week where you will be in a group of up to 8 participants.
We also offer Nutrition Coaching for those looking to learn how to improve their eating and lifestyle habits.
